Vertical Reflex Therapy

What is Vertical Reflex Therapy?

Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) involves treating the client quite briefly on the top of their feet or hands. The treatment is carried out while they are standing, or sitting if they are not so mobile.

VRT can be added onto a classical reflexology treatment but can be used as a standalone short treatment.

Who would benefit from VRT?
  • Anyone with mobility or muskuloskeletal issues
  • Can be used widely in sport, theatre and dance
  • Elderly clients
  • Chronically ill clients
  • Children
